The mission of the Linfield Christian Fine Arts Academy is to bring each student to the realization that we are all created in the image of a creative God who is pleased and honored when we use our gifts well; to that end, we provide instruction and application for personal expression and a lifetime of artistic enrichment.

School Within a School

Linfield Christian High School proudly hosts the Linfield Christian Fine Arts Academy (LCFAA). The Fine Arts Academy is a school within a school, offering a graduation track with coursework that emphasizes artistic development in addition to meeting the basic academic requirements for UC acceptance. Forty-five arts units are the minimum graduation requirement for the LCFAA, but special academy courses and scheduling considerations can make it possible for students to take up to 70 fine arts units while remaining on track for graduation with a college prep diploma. All Linfield honors and AP courses are also available to Academy students.

Taking Fine Arts to the University Level

For students interested in taking their fine arts education to the university level, special career guidance, portfolio preparation, and audition preparation is available. But the LCFAA diploma speaks to the well-rounded nature of a student and is a valuable part of a college resume even if the student is not planning to pursue the arts at the post-secondary level.
