The Christmas season is here, and we are excited to celebrate the amazing gift of our Savior’s birth with our Linfield family!  You won’t want to miss any of the annual festivities, so check out the following list of upcoming Christmas performances on all three campuses.

  • Wednesday, December 5 @ 7:00 p.m. (Linfield Gym) – Middle & High School: Lessons and Carols

A tradition at The King’s College in Cambridge since 1918, Lessons and Carols is a beautiful and inspiring telling of the Christmas story and God’s redemptive plan for mankind. The program will feature favorite Christmas carols performed by Linfield’s HS Wind Ensemble, the MS Band, and the HS Vocal Ensemble in addition to Scripture readings presented by our esteemed faculty.

  • Tuesday, December 18 @ 6:00 p.m. (LCS Gym) – Kindergarten Program: The Best Gift of All

The Best Gift of All is a charming Christmas play presented by Linfield’s kindergartners. We will journey back nearly 2,000 years to a quiet little town in the country where Jesus lived, and your heart will be touched by the sweet performances of these students as they lift their voices in song. All three kindergarten classes will perform at 6:00 p.m. in the Linfield gym. Students should arrive in the Hall of Champions by 5:45.

  • Wednesday, December 19 @ 8:15 a.m. – ES Polar Express

  • A favorite Linfield Christmas tradition, the Polar Express consists of the first and second graders, who, after reading the famous story, work with their parents to design and decorate their own train car costumes for the big event. Led by their enthusiastic conductor (and ES Principal), Mrs. Washburn, and train engineer (Mrs. Sharp), the young members of our Linfield family will proudly parade past an adoring crowd that starts at the elementary school and winds up through the administration parking lot. Come cheer them on and check out their amazing costumes!

  • Wednesday, December 19 @ 9:30 a.m. – Elementary School Christmas Carols & Gingerbread Houses

Please join us as we sing Christmas carols together as a school; students will then return to their classrooms to make gingerbread houses. *Please note – this is a minimum day.
