Students will earn a Fine Arts Academy Endorsement upon successful completion of the Fine Arts Academy program requirements. This endorsement will announce that the student has accomplished a well-rounded and rigorous program in Fine Arts, and students will be formally recognized for their achievements by a notation on their transcripts for colleges, an honor cord to be worn at graduation, and a gold stamped medallion on their diploma.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for the Linfield Christian Fine Arts Academy (LCFAA), students must meet the following qualifications and submit an application during the spring semester of their freshman or sophomore year:
Maintain a minimum total cumulative grade point average of 3.0
Demonstrate proficiency in Fine Arts Academy concentration through an audition/portfolio submission
Demonstrate a satisfactory attendance and discipline record
Requirements:
- Submit an LCFAA Letter of Intent as early as 8th grade year, but no later than sophomore year. Declaration gives students priority enrollment in LCFAA classes.
- Submit an LCFAA Application during the spring semester of freshman or sophomore year (starting with the Class of 2022). Exceptions may be made for juniors who apply early in the fall who have met all LCFAA requirements for their LCFAA concentration of choice to date. The application process includes the following:

- interview process
- audition/portfolio submission
- Complete courses, projects, performances/showings/portfolio as determined by the specific Academy discipline and earn a grade of 83% (B) or higher in all Academy classes.
- Attend Fine Arts Academy field trips as specified for chosen concentration.
- Enter approved competitions as required for chosen concentration.
- Participate in volunteer and outreach opportunities as required (eg. volunteer to help run hosted ACSI festivals).
- Complete Core Coursework to meet the Linfield Christian High School Graduation Requirements and maintain a minimum cumulative total grade point average of 3.0 or higher throughout program duration. Students who earn D’s or F’s in any courses will be placed on program probation and/or dropped from the program.
- For the Class of 2021 and beyond: Complete prescribed “co-credit” LCFAA courses that meet both the LCHS general graduation requirements and LCFAA requirements:
