Grace Walker

Class of 2014
After graduating from Linfield in 2014, Grace (Walker) Alonzi attended Houghton College in New York and ultimately graduated with a degree in Business Administration (with a concentration in Marketing), a degree in Equestrian Performance, and a minor in Biology. She accomplished this while also interning with an international dressage trainer in her spare time! Grace works at Next Level Eventing in Temecula as an equestrian trainer, coach, and competitor. She and her husband Andrew enjoy free time with their pug, and Grace is also involved with multiple equestrian organizations that teach horse management and riding skills to kids.

Grace has many fond memories of her years at Linfield, but one that stands out is when she and Marla Renno (the Queen of All Things Fun) were feeling spontaneous during Grace's intern block, and they somehow ended up on a boat in the middle of the Linfield pond singing at the top of their lungs!

Grace also says that Linfield was where she solidified her identity in Christ and realized who she wanted to be as a person. She says, "I am most grateful for the teachers and staff at Linfield and how they so perfectly represented all the elements of fun, respect, passion, knowledge, patience, and friendship, all while living out their faith. I also loved how there was a place for everyone and how every personality was valued and encouraged to confidently play their role."
