Ashley Prillerman

Class of 2020
Ashley Prillerman graduated from Linfield in 2020 and then attended the University of Virginia where she earned bachelor’s degrees in both Anthropology (Medical Anthropology: Ethics & Care) and Interdisciplinary Archaeology. She is currently a missionary with Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship at UVA and spends her time volunteering with Abundant Life Ministries, Special Olympics Volleyball, and the Kindness Cafe. Ashley’s favorite part about Linfield was the way our community always has fun! She notes that she was consistently challenged to pursue academic excellence, but she is grateful that she never felt pressure to be perfect. Instead, she remembers how the teachers made learning enjoyable and how all the traditions and events made school a fun place to spend the day. She says, “I’m really grateful for the community Linfield gave me because it allowed me to cultivate deep friendships and have hard conversations, and it encouraged me to lean into my faith. It helped me build a foundation, so when I went to college, I knew exactly what to look for."
