Admissions Decisions
  • Grades 2-12: Completed application by February 1, 2026 ⟶ Decision by March 15, 2026
  • TK-1st Grade: Completed application by March 1, 2026 ⟶ Decision by April 15, 2026
  • After Priority Deadlines: Decision received within 3 weeks.
Decisions include Offer to EnrollWait Pool, or Denial. Because space is limited, some qualified applicants may be placed in the Wait Pool and offered a seat if one becomes available.

*After the Priority Deadlines, if all steps are complete (except the In-Person Assessment), applicants may still enter the Wait Pool and be assessed if space allows.
If you are invited to enroll, please follow the instructions in your Final Steps to Enrollment email to complete the checklist in Finalsite. You will need to submit items such as a birth certificate and immunization records; in addition, you will need to view tuition & fees, sign the Continuous Enrollment contract, and set up your tuition account through FACTS. The checklist must be completed within one week to secure a spot for the 2026-2027 school year.

  • How does the wait pool work?

Unfortunately, across most entry points, we have more qualified applicants than spaces. Some applicants may be offered a place in the wait pool when decisions are announced. It is important to respond to the wait pool decision (sent by the Admissions Office) indicating that you wish to keep your child's application in the wait pool. We do not determine the wait pool order based on application submission date; should a space become available, the Admissions Committee will look to the entire wait pool to best fill that particular opening. Click here for more information about the wait pool.
  • Do alumni and sibling applicants receive any admissions preference?

Qualified alumni and sibling applicants do receive preference over an equally-qualified new student to Linfield Christian School.
  • Are Linfield students required to wear school uniforms?

Yes, all Linfield students (TK-12) are required to wear approved uniform items every day except for spirit days (the last day of week) and during free dress days and special events. Wardrobe items can be purchased from Tommy Hilfiger. Click here to find approved items. Note: PE Uniforms may be purchased through the Middle School and High School campuses directly or online via Linfield’s online store.  In addition, the school’s on-campus store has many spirit items for sale, including t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, and other clothing.
  • What are Linfield Christian School’s immunization requirements?

Under the California Immunization Registry (CAIR), Linfield Christian School is required to check immunization records for all admitted students. Admitted students must be fully immunized with all of the required CAIR immunizations (DTaP, Polio, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, and 7th Grade TDaP Booster), except in cases of a CAIR authorized medical exemption. For more information, please visit the CAIR Website or ShotsForSchools.
  • What is Continuous Enrollment and how does it work?

Continuous Enrollment is a process by which every student remains enrolled at Linfield Christian School until they graduate unless the family chooses to withdraw mid-year or opt-out for the following school year. Barring any academic, conduct, or financial issues, each student’s enrollment renews automatically every year, and a continuous enrollment reservation fee is billed each year in February and due in March. Families must submit an “Intent to Withdraw” (opt- out) form in order not to be charged with this fee on their FACTS Account.
  • How do we opt out of Continuous Enrollment?

In order to opt-out for the following school year, please email admissions@linfield.com. The Admissions Office will send a link to the online “Intent to Withdraw” (opt out) form, which must be submitted prior to the opt-out deadline to avoid a bill for continuous enrollment. Please also review the withdrawal policy if you are considering opting out for the next school year.
  • What is Linfield's withdrawal policy?

Opt-out, withdrawal, or dismissals of students will be processed based on the following tuition obligation regulations:
    • Opt out by February 20: Full release from contract and tuition obligation. No continuous enrollment fee will be charged.
    • Withdrawal between February 21 and the end of the school year: Full release from contract and tuition obligation. Continuous enrollment fee is forfeited.
    • Withdrawal between the end of the school year and July 31st: 25% of annual tuition obligation and forfeiture of continuous enrollment fee.
    • Withdrawal between August 1 and the end of the first quarter: 50% of tuition obligation and forfeiture of continuous enrollment fees.
    • Withdrawal after the first quarter: After the first quarter, parents are obligated to pay the full annual tuition charge and are not entitled to a refund, credit, or to any other adjustment or reduction in tuition and fees regardless of a student’s absence, withdrawal, or dismissal from Linfield.

For more information regarding opt-out or withdrawal processes, please email admissions@linfield.com.
